Cinar Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Müşavirlik A.Ş. was established in 2005 to provide real estate appraisal, development and consultancy services.

Since its founding, our company has operated in accordance with the International Valuation Standards; bringing together academic knowledge, professional experience and ethical values, it has made it a principle to provide its clients with the highest quality service.

Today, with more than 150 licensed experts, services across 81 provinces through our 7 regional offices, and the more than 300,000 reports we have prepared, we are one of the sector's leading organizations.

Milestones,
a 20-year corporate history.

From our founding in Bursa in 2005 to today, we have built our corporate structure step by step with CMB and BRSA authorizations, international RICS membership and ISO certificates.

  1. 2005

    Founding

    Cinar Taşınmaz Değerleme ve Müşavirlik A.Ş. was established in Bursa.

  2. 2008

    CMB License & ISO 9001

    On 14.05.2008, we were licensed by the CMB to provide appraisal services. In the same year, we obtained the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certificate.

  3. 2011

    BRSA Authorization

    By BRSA decision No. 4150 dated 07.04.2011, we were authorized to provide appraisal services to banks.

  4. 2012

    Individual RICS Memberships

    Mehmet Kasab and İsmail Duyar were admitted to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and received the MRICS designation.

  5. 2018

    7 Regional Offices

    We completed our regional office structure across 7 geographic regions: Ankara, Samsun, Antalya, Bursa, İzmir, Diyarbakır and Elazığ.

  6. 2020

    ISO 45001 Certificate

    We were certified with the Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificate (ISO 45001:2018).

  7. 2023

    Corporate RICS Membership

    On 29.03.2023, we were admitted to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as a company with "Regulated by RICS" status.
